Pre-Pregnancy Programme
Our Pre-Pregnancy Programme is for couples who want to start a family and wish to improve their general state of health for optimum fertility and a healthy pregnancy. We can helpyou stopping smoking, cutting down on alcohol, improving your diet, nutrition and lifestyle, together with balancing hormones, improving sperm count and quality, or addressing any other health problems.
We recommend that couples come to see us at six weeks to three months before they try to conceive again or before an IVF cycle is due to start. This will allow your fertility levels to increase and help your reproductive system working at optimal level before you conceive. This is both to prevent miscarriage and to give you the best possible chance of having a healthy baby. However, we can still help and support you if you come to us at a later stage.
