Silene Bricet acupuncturist
My interest in alternative medicine started at an early age in France. My mother was a Qi Qong instructor and I practiced with her regularly.
Years later it felt natural to formalize my knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. I came to London and studied for three years at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture.
I am also qualified a holistic massage therapist and studied intensively with the Chinese practitioner Liana Duan while I volunteered as a complementary therapist at the University College London hospital.

Sonia Francis
Counselling and psychotherapy

In my many years of counselling experience I have counselled both young people and adults. I use a variety of approaches for example, person-centred, psychodynamic and brief solution focussed; these will be explained on your first session, which is FREE.

Counselling sessions are confidential where you can relax and be comfortable. The counselling sessions are to encourage and provide strength in exploring thoughts or feelings that might be difficult or challenging for you.

Here are two quotes from previous clients.

"I have gained from counselling self-worth, understanding of myself and making choices for myself"

"Communication and understanding was difficult for me, now I can communicate with confidence and understanding, thank you"
